Hamann Companies opened in 1954 and is one of San Diego’s leading construction and property management companies. Hamann builds and manages properties throughout San Diego and Riverside County and has recently branched out to the Twin Falls and Treasure Valley regions of Idaho. Hamann’s headquarters is in El Cajon, which Erin visits weekly; however, she feels fortunate to have a satellite office at Coworking Connection Temecula for the past two years to save on commuting so she’s able to spend more time with her family.
Erin has worked in the land development, project management, and entitlement consulting industry throughout Southern California for almost 20 years. She started her career working as an Archaeologist for the Santa Monica Mountains National Recreation Area / National Park Service and after many years hiking through the mountains looking for archaeological sites, she decided to take her work indoors and has been sitting at a desk ever since. 😊
Erin is a Zone 7 Commissioner for the Riverside County Flood Control and Water Conservation District. The RCFCWCD is the regional flood management authority for the western region of Riverside County and Zone 7 covers Murrieta, Temecula, Wildomar and adjacent Santa Margarita River Watershed. In her role, she reviews annual budgets for CIP projects and attends annual Flood Control Budget Hearings.
Erin, her husband Tom, and two daughters, live locally in Temecula and enjoy family time, traveling, and hiking throughout Southern California!
