Member Spotlight: Kelly Rjoub Interior Design in Temecula

Meet Kelly Rjoub of Kelly Rjoub Interior Design, Inc.

At Coworking Connection, we believe the best businesses are built through connection, community, and purpose — and this month’s Member Spotlight is a beautiful example of that.

Meet Kelly Rjoub, founder of Kelly Rjoub Interior Design, Inc., a Temecula-based interior design studio specializing in new construction and remodeling projects.

Kelly’s work goes far beyond choosing finishes, colors, or furnishings. She helps families navigate one of the most complex and high-stakes processes they may ever experience: creating a home they will love for a lifetime.

From the earliest stages of planning to the final details of execution, Kelly brings a rare blend of creativity, strategy, precision, and real-world building knowledge to every project.

Designing Homes with Purpose, Precision, and Heart

For many homeowners, building or remodeling a home can feel overwhelming. There are endless decisions to make, countless directions to go, and a lot at stake.

That is where Kelly shines.

Her role is to help clients narrow down the infinite possibilities and identify the choices that are truly right for their lifestyle, family, and long-term vision. She works hand-in-hand with architects and builders to make sure every detail is thoughtfully planned and beautifully executed.

The goal is always the same: to create a home that feels intentional, elevated, personal, and built to last.

Kelly Rjoub Interior Design specializes in both new construction and remodeling, helping clients move through the process with confidence, clarity, and excitement.

A Passion That Started Early

Kelly’s love for design and construction began long before she launched her business.

In middle school, she helped construct an addition to her family home. That hands-on experience sparked something in her that never went away. It gave her an early appreciation for how spaces are built, how details come together, and how much impact a well-designed home can have on everyday life.

Kelly later earned her Bachelor of Science in Interior Design from The Art Institute of California and has now been practicing full-time for 18 years.

In 2022, she launched her design studio in Temecula, bringing together her design education, years of experience, luxury eye, and builder’s instinct to serve families throughout the area.

Building Dream Homes in Temecula

One of Kelly’s current professional goals is clear and meaningful: she wants to guide four Temecula families each year through the process of building their dream home.

It is a focused goal, and it speaks to the level of attention and care she brings to her work. Kelly is not trying to be everything to everyone. She is focused on helping the right families create homes that are deeply personal, beautifully designed, and thoughtfully executed from start to finish.

For families building or remodeling, having someone like Kelly involved can make the entire experience feel more manageable, more strategic, and much more enjoyable.

Life Outside the Studio

Outside of work, Kelly’s world revolves around her husband and two boys.

When she is not designing dream homes, you will likely find her and her family outdoors. Hiking and biking are their favorite ways to reset, recharge, and spend time together.

That love of family, nature, and intentional living shows up in the way Kelly approaches design. Her work is not just about how a home looks. It is about how people live, gather, recharge, and create memories inside it.

Why Kelly Loves Coworking Connection

Kelly first came to Coworking Connection with a simple goal: to have a dedicated space where she could work in person with a colleague every Tuesday.

But what she found was more than just a place to work.

For Kelly, what stands out most about Coworking Connection is the people. She shared that the community Pam and Wanda have built at the Temecula location is unmatched.

From the professional conference room to the monthly social lunches to the genuine warmth of the community, Coworking Connection has become a space where Kelly can focus, collaborate, and connect.

It is exactly what we love most about our members. People come here for the workspace, but they often stay because of the relationships.

Connect with Kelly

The best way to meet Kelly in person is to stop by the Temecula Coworking Connection office on Tuesdays, where she and Caroline are there weekly and always happy to connect.
