Accountability and growth are easier to achieve when you’re in the right network of supportive women.

It’s a truth that women have had to make their way in the business world by rules not designed for us. We’ve been taught to get ahead by putting others down, to hide our family’s needs, to appear tough, and to ignore our intuition.

But it can get lonely to be on a computer alone at home, day after day. Ideas and creativity can feel stifled. Motivation can wane.

With flexible hours, women can head to a co-working space to do the same work, but to do it with motivation and inspiration. Productivity is boosted outside the home office.

Not to mention the amenities. Co-working spaces often have coffee you don’t have to brew yourself, comfortable seating, printers you don’t have to manage, meeting rooms for collaboration, and more.

This era is the best time for women to follow their passions and talents into successful careers. And co-working spaces are a valuable tool in propelling women’s careers forward.
